These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and VoiceClone ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Merchant of Record & Billing Partner
We use Creem as our Merchant of Record (MoR). When you purchase a subscription or any paid feature, you are contracting with Creem for the transaction. Creem handles payment processing, sales tax calculation and remittance, refunds, and chargeback management on our behalf. Invoices and receipts will be issued by Creem, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
For billing-related self-service (e.g., viewing orders, updating payment methods, canceling subscriptions, requesting invoices or support), you can use Creem’s Customer Portal provided after a successful payment.
Acceptance of Terms
Binding Agreement
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Authority to Accept
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Core Services
We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that includes:

- User account management and authentication
- Subscription-based access to premium features
- Integration with third-party services
- Web-based dashboard and tools
Service Availability
Our Services are provided over the internet and are generally available 24/7, subject to maintenance, updates, and technical issues beyond our control.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to users.
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using:

Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

- Update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity
- Not share your account with others
Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans:

- Basic and Pro Plans: Enhanced features and higher usage limits
- Custom Plans: Available upon request for specific needs
Billing and Payment
- Billing Cycles: Monthly or annual billing cycles available
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. Available payment methods may vary by region and are presented during checkout.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice of any price increases
- Upgrades & Downgrades (Proration): If you change plans mid-cycle, Creem may apply proration. Depending on the change, charges may occur immediately with the billing cycle restarting, be added to your next invoice while keeping the original cycle, or take effect on the next cycle without proration.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout and remitted as required by law. You are responsible for paying any taxes displayed on your invoice/receipt.
Payment Processing
Creem as Merchant of Record: All billing is performed by Creem as our Merchant of Record, subject to Creem’s terms and policies. We do not store full payment card numbers. For billing issues (refunds, invoices, chargebacks, payment method updates, cancellations), please use the Customer Portal link included in your order emails or contact Creem support via the portal.
Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time subscribers. To request a refund, contact us at support@voice-clone.org or use the Customer Portal link included in your order emails. Approved refunds will be processed by Creem to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times may apply.
Creem’s Refund & Chargeback Handling
To reduce chargebacks and protect both parties, Creem may, at its discretion, issue refunds within 60 days of purchase as the Merchant of Record.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Services already consumed or downloaded
- Custom or enterprise plans (unless specifically agreed)
Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we may provide pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on unused service time.
How to Cancel
You can cancel subscriptions at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
AI Services and Content Generation
AI-Powered Features
Our Services include AI-powered content generation and processing to support voice cloning and text-to-speech features.
- Features may include text-to-speech, voice cloning, and related audio processing.
- We may use third-party service providers to deliver these features.
- Availability may vary by plan and region.
AI Content Ownership and Rights
- User Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools
- Commercial Use: You may use AI-generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use
- Quality Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content
- Copyright Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights
AI Service Limitations
- Usage Quotas: AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan
- Content Filtering: We implement automated systems to prevent generation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Service Availability: AI features depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates our policies
Voice Cloning Acceptable Use
You must not upload or submit any voice samples you do not have the legal right to use. You must not impersonate, mislead, or deepfake any person without explicit authorization. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any voice samples you upload or submit. We may suspend or terminate access upon suspected violations.
Consent and Withdrawal
By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the processing of your voice samples, text inputs, and generated audio solely to provide voice cloning and text-to-speech features. If you wish to withdraw such consent, you may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of related data according to our Privacy Policy.
User Content and Data
Your Data Ownership
- Complete Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you upload, create, or store using our Services
- Data Portability: You may request an export of your data by emailing support@voice-clone.org. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine‑readable format within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
- Data Control: You may request modification or deletion of your data by emailing support@voice-clone.org. We will process requests within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain information (e.g., for fraud prevention, accounting, or tax compliance).
License to Use Your Content
By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and transmit your content to provide the Services
- Make backup copies for security and service continuity
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our Services (in aggregated, anonymized form)
- Display your content as directed by you through the Services
Data Security and Privacy
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Privacy Compliance: We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws
- Data Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide Services or as required by law
- Data Deletion: Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Authentication Services
We integrate with third-party authentication providers:

- Data Access: We only access basic profile information necessary for account creation
Payment Processing

- We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services
- Changes to third-party services may affect our Services
- You agree to comply with the terms of service of integrated third-party providers
Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Services for any lawful purpose, including:
- Creating content for personal or commercial use
- Integrating with your own applications and workflows
- Collaborating with team members and clients
- Building and scaling your business operations
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Service Abuse:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems to access our Services beyond normal usage
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
Commercial Restrictions:
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Use our Services to compete directly with us
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
- We use automated systems and human review to enforce our policies
Additional Restrictions (Creem Alignment)
In accordance with our billing partner’s policies, use of the Services in connection with the following categories is prohibited, including but not limited to: sexually oriented or pornographic content (including NSFW chatbots), IPTV services, physical goods of any kind, spyware or parental control apps, donations without a bona fide product or where the price materially exceeds value, products or content without proper licenses or intellectual property rights, using our store as a marketplace to sell others’ products, and dating sites. We may suspend or terminate access where prohibited categories are involved or where risk or compliance concerns arise.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Service Ownership: We own all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology
- License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services according to these Terms

Regions & Compliance Review
Availability of paid features may vary by country or region. Creem supports purchases from most countries and conducts merchant/account reviews to comply with KYC/AML and platform policies. We and Creem may suspend or limit access where legally required or where risk is identified.
Account Termination
Termination by You
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Effect: Cancellation stops future billing but you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Data Export: We recommend exporting your data before cancellation
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)
- Required by law or legal process
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will be discontinued
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
- Provisions of these Terms that should survive will continue to apply

- No Professional Advice: AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Data Loss: Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceClone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to:

- Good Faith Negotiation: Engage in good faith negotiations for at least 30 days
- Mediation: If direct negotiation fails, participate in mediation if requested
Jurisdiction and Venue
For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process:
- Courts: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Singapore
- Personal Jurisdiction: You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
- Venue: You agree that venue is proper in such courts

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our Services.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
